CCの画像が消えていた

このブログは Creative Commons のライセンスを使っている。以前のフォーマットに従って http://creativecommons.org/images/public/somerights20.gif を表示していたが，いつの間にかこれがなくなって，今のフォーマットでは〜.png になっていた。また，能書き This work is licensed under a Creative Commons License. も This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 2.1 Japan License. に変わったようだ。Creative Commons Attribution 2.1 Japan License は一つしかないので冠詞は the かなと思ったが，a でいいのだろうか。
