tlmgr でアップデートすると、昨日くらいから tltexjp リポジトリで

というエラーが出ます。
http://texlive.texjp.org/2016/tltexjp/tlpkg/texlive.tlpdb.sha512.asc
が消えているようですが、どうなっているのでしょう。
同じ頃に ptex-ng のバイナリが更新されました。何か関係あるのかな。
github に issue を立てました。こちらはcloseしましょう。
