BJPS の instructions for authors には
" New submissions should
- not be in any particular style on initial submission (besides Times New Roman, 12pt, 1.5 line spacing, 1-inch margins), but if the paper is accepted for publication we will require a version in the journal’s style."
とあります。この besides の意味が分からなかったのですが、最初の投稿ではTimes 等の指定は無視してもよいと解釈して投稿してみようと思います。ありがとうございました。
