ご教示ありがとうございます。貴前便に添付されていたpdfファイルの文献リストは確かに姓のアルファベット順に配列されていました。不注意をお詫びします。
私の.texファイルは下記のように書き直してコンパイルしたところ、bibtexにも成功して、姓のアルファベット順に配列された文献リストができました。今後ともよろしくお願いいたします。
