W32TeXにおいて以下の３件のご検討をお願いします．
(1)
texmf-dist/tex/latex/nomencl/下の nomencl.ist を
texmf-dist/makeindexへの移動をご検討ください．

Add curves
curves.sty が洩れているかも．(doc ドキュメントは存在します)
(3)
bin(bin64)に jbibtex.exe が存在しますが，今でも必要でしょうか．
また，
texmf-dist/web2c/texmfcnf において
shell_escape_commands = \
... ,jbibtex, ... の jbibtex も削除されることもご検討頂きたいと
思います．

jbibtex.exe は一応残しておきますが，邪魔なら消して下さい。
