これは，無視されて結構です。

これを正すには，texmf/tex/generic/config/language.dat ファイルの最後に

japanese  ukhyphen.tex

等と記した上で，コマンドプロンプトで

fmtutil --byfmt platex

とすれば OK です。後は，

platex sample
platex readme
platex japanese.drv

で DVI ファイルを生成します。
