sectionの数字とタイトルのずれについて

お世話になります。

論文の関係で前刷りを作成していますが、機械学会に従って作成する必要があるのですが、
jarticle2というclsファイルの中で以下のように設定しました。

のようにし、以下のようにしました。

とすると、
1. 緒言　というふうになるのですが、数字の大きさとタイトルが微妙に上下にずれてしま
います。
\section{緒言}とすれば問題ないのですが、
このずれを直す方法はないものでしょうか。
本文を10ptにすればいいのですが、9ptという指定があるのであえてこのようにしました。
