以下のように，プリアンブルに

\renewcommand\vfillmaxdepth{\vskip 0pt plus 1fil minus \maxdepth}

を，また，\end{enumerate}のあとに

\vskip-\lastskip
\vskip-\prevdepth

を入れることによって，希望通りに動きました。
