graphics-support をworking directoryにコピーして変更したのち、
\usepackage{graphics-support}で読み込ませたつもりです。
つまりlatex2htmlは
Package: loading  /working directory/graphics-support.perl
とmessageを出力しています。
しかし　html　で出力されているのはjpegの画像だけです。
何かチョンボをやっているかもしれませんが。
