お世話になります．
makebstや萩平さんのcbstを用いてbstファイルを作成し論文に文献を入れております．あれこれ調整して，
出力結果は，

Rothwell PM, Eliasziw M,  Barnett HJM. Analysis of pooled data from the randomised controlled 
trials of endarterectomy for symptomatic carotid stenosis. Lancet. 2003 Jan 11;361:107&#8211;116.

とほぼ投稿予定ジャーナルの書式どおりになったのですが，いろいろ弄くっても上のJan 11の部分が除けません．
本来は，monthとdayを取ってyearのみの，

Rothwell PM, Eliasziw M,  Barnett HJM. Analysis of pooled data from the randomised controlled 
trials of endarterectomy for symptomatic carotid stenosis. Lancet. 2003;361:107&#8211;116.

となってほしいのです．
bstの該当するとおもわれる箇所は以下の通りです．

ここをいろいろ弄ったのですが，うまくいきません．
entryでmonthを外しても駄目でした．

基本的なことで申し訳ないのですが，かなり調べ回っても分からず，こちらにお聞きする次第です．
