bibtexでbblファイルが作成されない

今まで使えていたbibtexシステムが急に使えなくなりました。

「2010b.tex」をGUISHELLでコンパイルすると、「2010b.bbl」というファイルは作成されるのですが、
中身が空っぽになります。

「2010b.aux」の中身は

\relax 
\bibstyle{jecon}
\citation{paper_2009}
\citation{paper_1995}
\@writefile{toc}{\contentsline {section}{\numberline {1}Introduction}{1}}
\bibdata{DB1}

「2010b.blg」の中身は
This is JBibTeX, Version 0.32, based on BibTeX, Version 0.99c (Web2C 7.2)
The top-level auxiliary file: 2010b.aux
The style file: jecon.bst

となっています。
特にエラーが出ているように見えないのですが、原因はどの辺りにあるか教えて頂けますでしょうか？
