「mypagestyle」を以下のように加筆し上手くいきました。

ご指示頂いたように、\fullwidthを使うのを止め、\textwidth、または\columnwidth
で出来ました。

また、\ps@headings を再定義した後に、

\pagestyle{headings}
\begin{document}

としても上手くいきました。

のようにし、前書き１、前書き２、目次のヘッダーで前書き１、前書き２、目次のヘッダー
を出力したいので、「私の力量では」各ページスタイルにおいて、

などとしているのでkuroky様の方法で実行しました。
