jbookでjsbookのヘッダーの罫線を出力するには

で出力するには、どうすればいいのでしょうか。

をそのままコピーしたり、

\underline{\hbox to \fullwidth{\autoxspacing
        \textbf{\thepage}\hfil\leftmark}}%

の部分を参考にして見たのですが、うまくいきません。

的外れなところを見ているのであれば、どのあたりを参考にすればいいか、
その点だけでも教えて頂ければと思います。
