同名別dirのgnuplot-eps図出力?

たきやまと申します。

dviの問題かgnuplotの問題かtexの問題か切り分けができていないのですが、
よろしくお願いします。

(1)gnuplotで出力したepsファイルが2つあります。(s.eps)。図の内容は別です。
(2)これを同名だけども、別ディレクトリに保存します。(AとB)
(3)platexを通した後、dvioutを見ると、最初の図が両方に出力されてしまいます。

\begin{document}

 \begin{figure}[h]
  \includegraphics[width=\textwidth]{./A/e.eps}
\caption{A-ill-eps}
  \includegraphics[width=\textwidth]{./A/s.eps}
\caption{A-gnuplot-sin}
 \end{figure}

\newpage
 \begin{figure}[h]
  \includegraphics[width=\textwidth]{./B/e.eps}
\caption{B-ill-eps}
  \includegraphics[width=\textwidth]{./B/s.eps}
\caption{B-gnuplot-cos}
 \end{figure}

(4)dvipdfmxでpdfにすると、正常に両方の図が出力されます。
(5)イラストレータで出力したepsでは正常に両方の図が出力されます。(e.eps)

dvioutで両図とも出力できる解決方法がありましたらお教えください。
