　こんにちは，道産子です．

　BibTeX は使用したことが無いので間違っているかも知れませんが，
以下の方法ではどうでしょうか (jarticle.cls の thebibliography
を再定義しました)．
　thebibliography は list 環境ですので，list 環境のレイアウト
パラメータを調べてみると良いかもしれません．
