texexecのpaperオプション指定

1ヶ月ほど前に，Win32TeX を標準＋context でインストールしました．
インストール後初めて texexec を以下のように利用したところ，

texexec.bat --pdfarrange --paper=a5a4 --print=up --result=A42UP.pdf A4.pdf

下記のエラーで終了しました．
paper 等を指定しなければ変換できるようです．
インストールの間違いなど，何か考えられることはあるでしょうか．
