emathの中のemathEcが

emathというマクロパッケージ内にemathEcというものがありますが，
　　\usepackage{emath,emathEc}
とすると，errorで「File`emathEc.sty' not found」とでてきます。
　　C:\usr\local\share\texmf\ptex\platex\misc\emath\sty
のなかにちゃんとemathEcはあります。
どなたか是非お助け下さい。
