とでは状況が異なる（前者ではマクロ定義時に \index の引数中の
\thetemp もコントロール・ワードとして読み取られている一方，
後者では \index の引数中の \thetemp は \index による
カテゴリーコードの変更の影響を受ける）のですが，
前者のようなサンプルでテストなさってはいませんか？
