endnote.sty (s 無し)でのカウンタは endonotei (末尾 i あり)ですね。
\theendnotei (末尾 i あり)をプリアンブルで再定義すれば，片括弧付きになるでしょう。

＞　文末注では片カッコの後にドットが付いてしまうのです。例；10).
＞　本文では付かないのに....。

ドットの部分を取り除いて再定義すれば良いでしょう。
