ページスタイルheadingsの変更

いつもお世話になります。
今headingsのページスタイルを変更してページだけをフッダに振ろうとしています。
その際、プリアンブルに以下のように書いています。
そうすると章の1ページ目や目次などにはヘッダ部分にページ番号が出てきます。
どうしたら、全てページをフッタ部分にすることができるのかご教授お願いします。
