See the Documentation for location and information on how to access these sheets and files. とあったので、Adobe Readerと一緒に用いるのであれば、フォントの埋め込みどころか コンバートまでOKということになりそうです。AdobeのOfficialな解答でも 少なくともフォントの埋め込みは大丈夫そうにみえますが、どんなものなのでしょうか。 （少なくともdvipdfmxやAcrobatでの埋め込みにおいては大丈夫そうかもしれませんが。） Acrobatやdvipdfmxでのフォントの埋め込みもライセンスでの制約事項にはフォントメーカー によって幅があるものだと感じました。
