winshellの、Latexを利用して、dviファイルを作ろうとしています。
以下のように、

\documentclass[jarticle]
\usepackage[dvipdfm]{graphicx}
\begin{document}
\includegraphics{test.pdf}
\end{document}

プログラムを組んで、winshellを走らせて見ると

LaTeX Warning: File `test.pdf' not found on input line 16.

! LaTeX Error: File 'test.bb' not found.

No pages of output.
となり、dviファイルが作成できません。
なお、pdfファイル自体は、FileCompactというソフトのお試し版
を利用して、作成しています
