私もエラーになりました。

ソースは次のとおり（デフォルトで表示されるものそのまま）
    \documentclass{jsarticle}
    \begin{document}
    
    ここに何か書いてください。
    
    \end{document}

platex と dvipdfmx にチェックが入った状態で「処理」ボタンをクリックすると、
処理結果のページでエラーが表示されます。
