dvipdfmxのエラー

Rで作ったグラフを出力した、union.espというファイルを埋め込んだTeXファイルを
dvipdfmxでPDF化しようとすると、以下のようなエラーが出ます。
OSはWindows XPで、TeX一式はこのホームページを見てインストールしました。

フォントとGhostscript 7.07が絡んでいるはわかるのですが、
根本的な解決策がわかりません。
よろしくお願いします。
