GhostsciptでB7用紙サイズを認識させたい

ps2pdf で ps ファイルから pdf ファイルを作成する際に，以下のエラーが表示され
変換が全くなされません．b7 サイズの用紙を Ghostscript に認識させる方法があれば
教えて頂けないでしょうか．

インストールは，角藤先生がメンテナンスされている ptex-win32 の標準インストールと
gs814w32full.zip で，OS は Windows XP です．
実際に行っている作業は以下です．
