私は何も知りませんが、エラーメッセージから判断すると、
何かの設定ファイルで backslash \ の
個数が足りないのではないですか?

\nonstopmode\input{main.tex}
で渡るべきものが
nonstopmodeinput{main.tex}
というファイル名になって渡っています。

関係ないかもしれない参考:
(1) 例えば、shell が bash なら、\ は escape character
    ですから、 \\ としないと \ になってくれません。

注意:
(1) 最終出力では、--src-specials をオフにして下さい。
