pdfファイルでの数式番号参照

定理型環境などで章番号（の表示）を省略したので，数式番号も同じように (1),(2),...
のように出力したいのです．
ところが，下の例のようにすると
> platex test
> platex test
> dvipdfmx test
で作った pdfファイルにおいて，第2章の (1)式を参照しようとしても第1章の (1)式へ
ジャンプしてしまいます．
解決策はあるのでしょうか．
