日本語が表示出来ない

　まったくの初心者ですのでよろしくお願いします。
WindowsXPを使用しています。
LaTeX2e美文書作成入門改訂第３版に付属のCDからインスト−ルしました。
WinShellを使っています。英文はdvioutで表示できますが、日本語は以下のメッセ―ジが出て表示出来ません。
