Dvipdfmx の thread サポート

dvipdfmx では \special{ pdf: thread } がいつのまにか壊れているようなのですが
私の所だけでしょうか。最新の dvipdfmx では

 pdf_merge_dict:  Passed invalid first dictionary

で失敗してしまいます。

以下のサンプルは dvipdfm-0.13.2c では大丈夫です。
