revtex4において文章と参考文献の「区切り」を替えたい

\end{document}

上のTeXファイルを元に.dviを作成しますと、印刷イメージは

Feynman [1] shows that ....

       ---------------------------

[1] R. P. Feynman, Statistical Mechanics (Benjamin, Reading, Mass.,1972).

となります。

この場合、文章と参考文献の区切りは「---------------」で表されて
いるのですが、これを「references」に変更する方法はあるのでしょうか?
