hyperref のジャンプ先

おせわになっております。

以下のようなソースから dvipsk -> Distiller で PDF を作成しましたが、
図目次、表目次のジャンプ先がずれてしまいます。

どのようにすれば、
意図した場所へジャンプさせることができるようになるでしょうか？
