natbib と chapterbib

さっそく質問させていただきます。

\documentclass{book} において natbib と chapterbib を併用したところ、
以下のようなエラーメッセージが出ました。（\include される各ファイル毎に 
\bibliographystyle と \bibliography を加えました。）

つまり chapterbib を使っているにも関わらず、\bibliographystyle と
\bibliography が誤って二重に宣言されている、と判断されるようです。

しかし、以下のページを見ると、natbib と chapterbib は併用可能であるし、
``The order in which the chapterbib and natbib packages are 
loaded is unimportant. '' とのことです。
