奥村先生がお薦めではないようなので，\verb+\postsectionname+は，
``節''としていますが，再定義すれば``章''に変更できます。

\verb+\thesection+を再定義する安易な方法を使っていますので，
例えば\verb+\ref{sec:1st}+のように節番号を参照すると``\ref{sec:1st}''と
なってしまいます。この不具合を了解の上，お使いください。

なお\verb+\subsection+の参照は``\ref{ssec:next}''となります。
