角藤様　早速お教えいただき有り難うございました。TEXMFMAIN などの消去を、Xp の環境変数の window で行っただけでは不十分でした。autoexecbat のなかに残っていたのを消去しましたら、インストールチエックの中の testtex.bat は正常に動作しました。
ところが奥村先生のインストールの手引きの中の test.tex を行いますと、ただいまテスト中。は dviout file の中にできていますが、\Tex のロゴは表示されず、test.log の中には、以下の記述がでました。
