申し訳ないです。

jbook.clsから流用し、設定し直しました。
そして、\includegraphics による読み込みを行うようにしました。
見出し出力処理は希望していたものになりました。
しかし、文献の番号が無くなってしまいました。
これはなぜでしょう？
