I think it is needed to construct an environment (say ``someenv'') satisfying the following condition: The description \begin{someenv}<other arguments> <contents> \end{someenv} is almost the same as \begin{program*}<other arguments> <contents> \end{program*} \begin{screen} <contents> \end{screen}. But, this is quite similar to what I gave up (in writing our book), and I repeated necessary code twice.
