make error on Mac OS X (10.2)

内山先生のサイトを参考にして、Mac OS X (10.2)に teTeX をインストール
しようとしたところ、make で失敗します。

# ./configure --prefix=/usr/local --without-x --disable-multiplatform
    --disable-libwww --mandir='${prefix}/share/man'
# make
