Therefore l and u are often ignored. と説明されています。 「ページの箱」の寸法を元に出力用紙中でセンタリングするのは どう考えても上手くいかない気がします。また、これを元に レンダリングのメモリ容量を決めるというのも、箱からはみ出して いるものがありそうなので(少なくとも左側へのはみ出しに ついては分からない)使えそうにありません。 結局の所、役に立たないという気がします。
